Darrell Holloman II
Darrell is a veteran educator who has taught nationally and internationally for public and private schools. Even before he stepped foot into the classroom, Darrell recognized a significant gap in education that needed to be addressed. He observed a lack of essential elements, particularly in secondary education, which prompted him to take action and seek solutions. Among the critical missing components were professional development opportunities for educators and comprehensive career exploration for students.
Darrell is the founder of The We Are All Educators Organization (The W.A.A.E.),a professional development and career mentorship program that specializes in showing individuals the way (The W.A.A.E.) to their desired career through information, skills, experience and exposure. The W.A.A.E. has employed over 100 High School teenagers in DC Metropolitan area.
As one of the founders of The Tenth Charity, Darrell is a Christian man who is deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of others through education and empowerment. As an educator, mentor, and founder, Darrell's dedication to shaping the lives of young minds goes beyond the confines of the classroom. His belief in the power of education to uplift communities aligns seamlessly with The Tenth Charity's core values. Together with his fellow founder, he envisions a world where education, faith, engagement, and economic empowerment converge to create a lasting legacy of hope and opportunity.

Partner and General Manager of ZERO1, a professional services firm based in Los Angeles, Oscar plays a pivotal role in helping brands and companies worldwide address their most critical business needs. As a senior member of Hunters House's Board of Directors, he continues to shape strategic decisions and steer the organization towards greater achievements. Additionally, Oscar serves as a strategic advisor to esteemed consultative services firms, GLG, and Guidepoint, where he lends his expertise to Fortune 500 Companies, providing valuable insights and guidance.

With over 15 years of dedicated work in film and advertising industry, Jen's journey has been marked by the development and production of multimillion-dollar content for global brands and clients. Her role as a Partner & Executive Producer at Hunters House Entertainment, coupled with her affiliation with prestigious industry bodies such as the Visual Effects Society (VES) and the Television Academy (Emmys), highlights her significant contributions to the world of film and television. Her creative vision and innovative approach have earned her accolades and recognition, making her an esteemed Award Jury Member at multiple Academy Award-Qualifying film festivals. As an advisor to various companies, Jen's influence extends far beyond the realm of entertainment. She advises, writes, and speaks on a wide array of topics, encompassing marketing, advertising, public relations and business strategy.
